INSTRUCTOR Bryan Chrissan
BIO Bryan Chrissan has been in the swimming pool industry for just over two decades. In the early ’90’s I worked as a basic service tech for a pool company in north San Diego County and left trade for a long time. Then in 2002 I opened my own company in the Temecula area becoming a California Licensed Contractor, covering, service, repair, CPO Instructor, OEM and Home warranty. Pool plumbing, electrical, and all-around troubleshooting. In 2015, I was hired by an OEM and covered the western U.S. for training and automation then moved to the North Dallas, Texas area where I became a District Sales Manager for 3 years. In July of 2023, I was hired at AquaStar Pool Products as the National Technical Sales Manager. I currently travel the country helping our many teams, customers, builders, and service companies learn about our many products. Teaching at trade shows everywhere is what I like to do. I enjoy this industry but I enjoy the people in the industry more.

Jandy Hi-E2 Gas Fired Heater – In this course, attendees will be given important installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tips. The Hi-E2 sets the standard for pool heaters with a proven in-use record of over 20 years providing ultra-efficient heating with up to a 95% efficiency rating — which cuts operating costs by 15%. *

Jandy Saltwater Chlorination - Learn proper installation, operation, troubleshooting and best practices or these systems. We will cover the AquaPure, TruClear, and the new TruClear XL chlorine genrators.

Smart Gas Fired Pool and Spa Heaters - This will cover installation, operation, and troubleshooting of the pool and spa heaters. This will introduce the new smart heater and its diagnostic abilities to the class. We will cover how these new tools in the heater will help with installation, operation, and troubleshooting of the heater.

Advanced Web Connected Devices – Come in and learn various techniques on how to verify your customers WiFi is providing sufficient speed/strength to their iAquaLink antenna, different ways of connecting an iAquaLink antenna to the customers network and some useful troubleshooting tips.

Polaris Pressure Side & Robotic Cleaners – In this hands-on course, you will learn proper installation and repair techniques of these Cleaners. Attendees will work in groups disassembling and rebuilding a Polaris Quattro from top to bottom. We will also learn to troubleshoot the robotic cleaners.

Levolor water leveling system. Learn proper installation, operation, and troubleshooting. These systems electronically maintain water levels in pools, spas, fountains and ponds. It can be used anywhere. A constant level of water is needed to maintain a beautiful appearance and protect equipment, especially vanishing edge designs.

BIO Creighton started in the pool industry in 2015. He began with Fluidra as Pool Owner Tech Support Representative work on the pool cleaner product line. Over the last 10 years he has worked in several areas of the company including in-house technical support, associate trainer and now Regional Trainer for the West. Creighton is a devoted husband of 24 years and father of two. Creighton has been a Miami Dolphin fanatic since 1980.

BIO Alex began his career in the pool industry with Jandy Pool Products in 1993. Over the last 30 years he has worked in several areas of the company including manufacturing, in-house technical support, outside service & warranty, and training. Alex is a family man with a loving wife, and two children. Prior to joining the pool industry, he was in the US Army and has always been a diehard SF Giants fan.
